The cutting-edge research being conducted at the center and across the country, focuses on improving the older person's quality of life. Using a multidisciplinary approach to the study of aging, faculty perform research in such diverse areas as Alzheimer's, AIDS, cancer, genetics, immunology, fall, stress, and technology to enhance lives. In addition, our scientists are studying exercise, nutrition, driving safety, and other lifestyle issues that are essential to health and wellness.
