Isabelle Gadsby Lectureship on Positive Aging

"The Isabelle Gadsby Lectureship in Positive Aging" was established at the University of Miami Center on Aging by the family and friends of Mrs. Isabelle Gadsby who passed away at the age of 100. Her life and the way she lived it - with great attention to her spiritual, physical, and mental well-being - is a wonderful example of how to age successfully.
Of special importance to her was an interest in learning about aging and how to live her life in the most healthy and creative way. She was an inspiration to her friends and family who have contributed to support this lectureship and to celebrate her as a model for all of us.
